You may have heard that Premera is telling patients at certain facilities owned by MultiCare that their care is no longer covered. Let’s set the record straight – that’s misinformation. Full stop. No such communication has been issued from Premera to our members. We are contracted with MultiCare through the end of May 2024, and all care received by Premera members at MultiCare facilities until May 31 of this year will be treated as normal. Our team is working tirelessly to reach an agreement that keeps MultiCare in-network with us well into the future. If we are unable to come to terms with our partners at MultiCare, individuals who are being treated for complex or chronic conditions will be eligible to continue care with their MultiCare provider for up to 90 days at in-network rates. If you have any questions, please call the customer service phone number on the back of your Premera ID card. We’re here to help.

We can't let this week come to a close without celebrating everyone who came out for Bloomsday in Spokane this past weekend! Premera has been a sponsor of Bloomsday for nearly 50 years, and this year, you could find members of our team at the largest water aid station on Doomsday Hill, cheering on runners and handing out hydration! Very proud to host our partners at Cocoon House yesterday.
