You might recall earlier this year when we announced Scott's decision to move forward with a career path within Wendle - starting as a Lot Attendant and then joining our Express Technician Program. Well... we have more news! Scott has now advanced to our exceptional Mobile Service Technician team!! 🎉 Congratulations, Scott! Your journey in just a year is truly remarkable and makes us so proud. And to top it off, TODAY marks his one-year #Wendleversary! At Wendle we strive to provide all the tools needed for continuous career growth. Scott is a great example of utilizing these tools. Happy #Wendleversary number 34, Ron!! 🎉 Ron’s incredible journey is all thanks to his older brother, who loved working at Wendle. From then on, Ron set his sights on Wendle, determined to make it his home. WAYYY back then(😉), as a requirement, one had to have significant experience before being considered for employment, making it difficult for Ron to start. Undeterred by the challenge, he showed remarkable perseverance, determined to carve his own path and become part of our #WendleFamily. In 1990, he proudly stepped into the Sales Department, ready to embrace every opportunity that came his way. As the years went by, Ron's dedication and passion for excellence shone bright. Around 1997, Ron embarked on a new adventure, venturing into Special Finance for a couple of years before ultimately finding his calling as one of our esteemed Finance Managers. Now, after 34 years of loyalty, hard work, kindness, and being every stranger’s best friend, we want to express our deepest gratitude to you, Kaiz. Thank you is simply not enough, Ron. 💙

Today, on #AdminProfessionalsDay, we had the pleasure of celebrating and treating our incredible Wendle admin team to a well-deserved lunch at The Onion. Words cannot express how grateful we are for each and every one of them. 💼❤️ Special thanks to one of our Ford Sales Managers, Todd, for stepping in to cover the phones today, allowing our amazing team to enjoy their lunch. A year ago today, a heartwarming story unfolded right in our parking lot. Don, one of our Finance Managers, found a tiny kitten shivering against his tire. The little one, barely holding on in the cold, was quickly rescued by our team. Brad from our detail department didn't hesitate to open his heart and home to her. Naming her Gracie, he embraced her despite challenges like being blind and deaf, showing us all the beauty of unconditional love. Today, Gracie is as feisty as ever, keeping Brad on his toes and filling his life with joy. Her resilient spirit, nurtured by Brad’s care, continues to inspire us. Join us in celebrating Gracie’s extraordinary journey and the special bond she shares with Brad. Happy one-year 'Gotcha Day' to Gracie! Cheers to George, celebrating a quarter-century milestone at Wendle! Can you believe today marks 25 years since he first joined our Wendle Family?! In 1999, guided by the recommendation of his friend and our very own Jerry Riddle, he joined our #WendleFamily. George’s journey at Wendle has been about more than just work. He’s built lasting friendships that extend far beyond the workplace… including his ultimate partner in crime (some may even say better half😉), Kathy! Talk about turning teamwork into dreamwork. 💙 Beginning his Wendle journey in the Wholesale Parts Department, George has since risen to the role of Parts Operations Specialist - or as we like to call him, the ‘Parts Guru’!
