Dr Kiira Tietjen -- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr Kiira Tietjen is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with mental illness in the Inland Northwest region. She has worked at all levels of psychiatric care: inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and traditional outpatient. Kiira is also qualified as a Washington State Autism Center of Excellence Provider.

Kiira has taught undergraduate and graduate nursing students at Washington State University, as well as serving as a clinical preceptor for nurse practitioner students from around the country. Kiira's treatment perspective is targeted intervention to quickly return people to their preferred version of themselves. Her approach is to provide a variety of treatment options for clients to allow them to choose the treatment steps that best resonate with them. She enjoys quilting and naps.

William Normington -- technician
BPsych

Will spent 27 years working with children and teens in residential and acute inpatient settings. He has also spent 9 years teaching mental health first aid (MHFA) and a mental health certification course at North Idaho Community College's workforce training center. He spends his free time going to the gym, restoring old VW cars, and watching SF Giants baseball.
